On-Site Educational Services

In-person education is one of the most effective types of education for participants and while all of our interactions are designed to provide a similar experience, we place a particular emphasis on face-to-face interactions through visits to employer worksites.

On-site education is delivered by our licensed representatives:

  • Retirement Plans Specialists are participants' primary contact for all plan-specific issues and help educate participants about the products and services we offer.
  • Financial Planning Managers, all of whom hold the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation, help participants plan their overall financial future.

Both are available for:

  • Group meetings, including presentations, discussions, and in the case of the Financial Planning Managers, hands-on workshops.
  • Individual consultations allow participants to meet one-on-one to review their specific circumstances.
For both group and individual meetings, the retirement plans specialists tend to focus more on retirement planning basics and how ICMA-RC's product and service offerings can help participants meet their retirement goals. Our financial planning managers' focus is generally more comprehensive in scope and covers participants' overall financial wellness.
