Vantagepoint Money Market Fund Changes

The Vantagepoint Money Market Fund is closing and liquidating after the close of business on March 25, 2011. You may read additional information about this change in the supplement to The Vantagepoint Funds’ prospectus.

The Vantagepoint Money Market Fund is the underlying fund of the VantageTrust Cash Management Fund. After the close of business on March 25, the Dreyfus Cash Management money market fund will replace the underlying Vantagepoint Money Market Fund in the VantageTrust Cash Management Fund.
